Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ships between 1-3 business days of the time the order is placed. Most orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless the customer has approved the charges for expedited shipping. Sencommunications charges a shipping and handling fee which will be added to the invoice. Charges are calculated based on value, weight, including packaging; or dimensional weight and includes all handling charges.
Lost Shipments
If you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to correct the issue.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the package for damage that may have occurred during transit. It is recommended that you refuse the shipment if the package is damaged. In some cases, the Carrier driver will note the damage in their system if you elect to accept the damaged shipment. Upon receipt of the damaged package, immediately open and inspect your order and notify Sencomm as soon as possible if an issue remains. Please retain all shipping boxes, original product boxes, labels and filler material until further instruction is issued against the damaged shipment.
Partial Shipments
Orders that have one or more products on backorder will only be shipped partial upon customer request. The partial shipped items will be invoiced according to the items shipped, plus shipping and handling.
